  • eClerx: A global KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) firm providing a broad range of services to several of the largest US based telecommunications companies.  eClerx focuses on reducing operational costs and improving sales and customer service through truck roll avoidance, work order accuracy, revenue assurance, call monitoring and work flow logistics service offerings. NascentPath has successfully  assisted eClerx in crafting new service offerings and expanding their client engagements.

 

  • Silver Springs Solutions: A provider of EHR (Electronic Health Record) software for the mental health industry.  Silver Springs Solutions had just a single internal client, but also had a software solution endorsed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.  NascentPath developed a comprehensive business plan for expanding Silver Springs Solution's business and obtaining needed CMS certification.

 

  • Landstar: A global provider of transportation and logistics services has engaged NascentPath as an independent agent to identify and develop new client relationships to expand their business.

 

  • McCoy Enterprises: A provider of state of the art sales training services for call centers.  NascentPath has been engaged on an ongoing basis to help McCoy Enterprises develop and implement strategies to expand their customer base.

 

  • Makin' Music for Families: Makin' Music Rockin' Rhythms, a provider of music education classes for preschoolers with 14 locations around Philadelphia wanted to expand their business.  They had developed and marketed curriculum to Goddard Schools, but wanted to expand beyond sales to preschools.  NascentPath developed an operational plan for delivering Makin Music content to families in their homes.  NascentPath also invested and established an equity position in the business.
